VJIM Hyderabad follows the refund policy announced by AICTE.
Before the course starts
Waitlisted candidates are admitted against the vacant seat. The entire fee is refunded after deducting a processing fee of not more than ₹1,000.
After joining the course
If the vacated seat is filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, the fee is returned with proportionate deductions of monthly fee and hostel rent, where applicable.
